He is survived by: his wife Celia Gomez; his children, Manuel Gomez and Luz Gomez Thatcher (Tod); his granddaughter Ava; his daughter Isela Gomez Garcia (Johnny); his grandchildren, Johnny and Breanna; his sons, Ruben Gomez and Ernesto Gomez (Carmen); his grandchildren, Angelica, Ariana, Alexa, Isabella, Esteban and Fabian; his daughter Esther Fernandez-Gomez (Michael); his grandchildren, Maurice and Emily; and his sisters, Ofelia and Virginia.
