He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Steve Hogan (Kathy) and Janet Gaynor (Gregg); his grandchildren, Justin Hogan (Bianca), Anthony Hogan (Erika), Alyssa Pierce (Micah) and Ali Gaynor (Deven); his brothers-in-law, Ronald Turner (Marie) and Rick Turner (Gloria); his nephew Jason; and his nieces, Leighann, Elaine and Stacy. He is also survived by his family and friends.
