He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera Marie Cantu (Artemio "Ace" Cantu) and El Sombrero Cafe; his wife Mary Montanez; his brother Jimmy Leos; his children, George Montanez, Vera Marie Montanez and Christina Montanez; and his grandchildren, Angelique Bowser, Joseph Salazar, Jessica Castillo, Anthony Salazar, Lucero Castillo, Samantha Castillo, Marissa Salazar, Jazmin Castillo and Gabriella Castillo. He was also cherished by relatives and dear friends.
