She was predeceased by: her father Edward. She is survived by: her husband Jody; her brother Joshua; her children, Joshua W. Burks of Lindsay and Julia M. Burks of Lindsay; her mother Bonnie Cook; her sister April Stowell (Darin); her nieces, Brandy Oliveira and Holly; and her nephew Wyatt DeCraemer. She is also survived by her two children, mother and sister.
