He was predeceased by: Timothy. He is survived by: his sister Linda Rodriguez Haskett (Brian Haskett) of Cool, California; his children, Kristi Dawnielle Shearer (Billy Shearer) of Visalia, Jonathan S. Rodriguez of Fresno and Ryan Rodriguez of Long Beach; his stepson Brandon Estrada of Visalia; his grandchildren, Diego Guzman, Braydon Shearer, Alice Shearer and Calvin Shearer; his niece Rebecca MacIntosh (Kevin MacIntosh) of Visalia; and his nephew MacIntosh. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
