He was predeceased by: his father Norman. He is survived by: his wife Janet Willard; his son Dominic; his daughter-in-law Brandi; his grandson Dalton; and his sisters, Carol Elam (Leonard) and Darlene Miller (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
