He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Vesta Allen; his grandson Luke Burns; and his brother Rodney Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jolleana Burns; his grandchildren, Levi Burns and Dakota Romans (Chris Romans); his nephew Rodney Allen (Christa Allen); and his niece Kelly Kyker. He is also survived by other great nephews and nieces and 1 great grandchild along with other family and friends.
