It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garrick Lee Frazier (Visalia, California), born in Tulare, California, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Rosalee Ann Frazier of Tulare; his parents, Bart Vandermeer and Erika Vandermeer of Tulare; his grandparents, Jerry and Kathy Yarbrough of Pixley; his siblings, Kaitlyn Bixby (John), Gannyn Frazier, Seanna Vandermeer, Guy Anaya, Brody Frazier, Samantha Maxfield and Zac Tenhet; his nephew Grayson Bixby of Virginia; and his close friend Bryce Ritcher.
