He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Moreno; his children, Irene Marie Moreno and Eliseo Jr; his brother-in-law Humberto Adame Jr. of Visalia; his parents, Manuel Moreno Almanza and Maria Paredes Garcia of Mexico; his siblings, Virginia Garcia of Kansas, Miguel Moreno of Kansas, Manuel Moreno of Tennessee, Agustin Moreno and Jose Luis Santos Moreno; and also Moreno Jr. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many many countless friends.
