He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Johnson and Evelyn Johnson; and his siblings, Betty and Roger. He is survived by: his wife R. LeiLani; his brother Gilbert; his sons, Brad, Brett and Todd; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Mitchell, Nicolas, Lucas and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to donate to the Alzheimer's Association, the Alzheimer's Research Foundation, or the Kaweah Delta Hospital Foundation.
