He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Soto and Bonnie Soto; his brother Stephen Soto; and his niece Kenley Castro. He is survived by: his wife Renee Soto; his children, Rachael Silva (Joaquin) and Phillip Soto; his grandchildren, Shiela Silva, Clara Silva, Zechariah Silva and Kensie Goulette; and his sisters, Claudia Quick and Cindy Tidwell.
