He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Myers and Maxine Myers; and his sister Sharon Willis. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Bennett; his son-in-law Rich of Bellingham, Washington.; his stepsons, Terry Showalter and Karl Simerly of Visalia; and his grandchildren, Samantha Moa of Bellingham, Amber Simerly of Visalia, Lil David Bennett of Bellingham, Lance Showalter and Kyle Simerly of Visalia. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and other loving family members and many friends.
