He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Noel; his daughters, Melissa Marie Noel, Amanda Lindsay Carter (Jason Carter) and Bethany Lara Noel; his grandchildren, Madison Faith Maciel, Dylan Michael Vasquez, Lucas Alvin Carter and Evan Micah Vasquez; and his siblings, Barbara Petree, Gary Noel, Danny Noel, Charles Noel and Sharon Alvis. He is also survived by his family, friends.
