He is survived by: his wife Delfina Luna Chavez; and his children, Eliseo Chavez (Susanne), Elizabeth Muniz, Naomi Chavez (Mimi), Cornelio Chavez Jr. (Rosa), Delfina Jahnigen, Danny Chavez (Tina) and Nora Samaduroff (Nik). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
