It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chanfouei Saechao (Visalia, California), who passed away on July 29, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Chow of Portland, OR, Nate Chow of Visalia, CA, Paul Chow of Visalia, CA and Jaylen Chao of King City. She is also survived by nine granddaughters; two grandsons; one great-granddaughter; one great-grandson; and one niece.
