He was predeceased by: his father Guillermo Carrillo. He is survived by: his mother Ofelia Rivera; his children, Lori, Karla, Frank and Stephanie; his granddaughters, Brisa, Sophia, Isabella and Liliana; and his brothers, Ismael (Rosaura), Encarnacion, Cornelio and Jose (Monica). He is also survived by his family but especially by his children.
