She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Dean Shiroyama (Patricia Miguel), Nancy Kimura (Rick), Ruth Terada (Keiju) and Cora Shiroyama (Ian Wallis); her son-in-law Goro Fujiwara; her parents, Masujiro Nagai and Kazuye Nagai; her husband Fumio Shiroyama; and her daughter Edna Fujiwara. She was also cherished by five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
