She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Mertha Hill; her husband Steven Welch; her daughters, Sharisa Douglas, Jamayla Gray, Sharisa Harris and Sigourney Douglas; her son-in-law Terrell Harris; and her siblings, Julie Green and Julius Hill II. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
