He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wooten and Martha Wooten (Baker). He is survived by: his wife Lola M. Wooten (Burk); his daughters, Belinda Kay Rodarte and Cathy Jo Affeldt (Scott); his grandchildren, Bruce Douglas Affeldt (Lesley) and Jennifer Lynn Rodarte; his great grandchild Grace Amelia Affeldt; and his granddaughter Lesley Affeldt. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
