She is survived by: her child Thomas Givens Jr. (Deby); her grandchildren, Tommy, Michael and Samantha; her daughter Debra Erickson (Troy); her grandchildren, Peyton and Logan; and her siblings, Bud and Phyllis. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and many dear friends.
