He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Segovia and Irene Segovia; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Lydia; his children, Randy and Rachel; and his granddaughter Connie. He is also survived by his wife, three children, five grandkids.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oxnard Elks Lodge (801 S A St, Oxnard, CA 93030).
