He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Crescencio Ortiz and Bartola Ortiz; his significant other Eugenia Ortiz; his children, Brenda (Dennis McMurray), Frank Ortiz Jr. (Jeannie Ortiz), Corrinne (Bill Leonardo), Dianne (Clay) and Tim (Lisa Ortiz); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Dennis, Frank Ortiz III (Ponch), Jena, Corrie, Ashley, Francesca, Amanda, Miranda, Diandra, Macauley, Makenna and Miles; and his brothers, John B. Ortiz (Chayo) and Eddie Ortiz.
