It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evangelina Leon Diaz (Ventura, California), born in San Fernando, California, who passed away on March 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her friend Evangelina Leon Diaz (Eva); her daughter Martha Marie; and her parents, Nicolasa Zamudro Frias Leon and Gabriel Caballero Leon. She is survived by: her children, Linda Callahan (Terry) and Marty Diaz (Sonya); her grandchildren, Ryan Callahan and Kevin Callahan; and her sister Lupe Leon Ramos. She is also survived by many friends and a large extended family.
