He is survived by: his daughter Diane Bishop-Pine (Ralph); his grandson Zachary; his daughter Carol Metcalf (Steve); his grandson Carter; his nephew Mike Carter; and his nieces, Anita "Peanut" Hathway and Gail Backus.
