He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa. He is survived by: his son Jeff; his sister Miriam; and his brother-in-law Darryl Mack of Ventura. He is also survived by niece and nephew, and many dear lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, we believe Doug would have wanted memorial donations to be made to a music program at Santa Paula High School or a music program at any other public high school.
