She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Everett McGinley, Pauline Stropek, Robert and Eva Michels. She is survived by: her husband Carlos Avelar of Ventura; her children, Maya, Jacob and Nicholas; her parents, Bob McGinley and Barbara Ann Michels; her sister Eva; and her nieces and nephews, Aaron Harris, Tatum Harris and Annika Harris. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
