He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Rita and James Joseph Kelley; his wife Jill Quinn Harmon-Kelley; his mother-in-law Ann Harmon; his sister-in-law Gayle Harmon Liddell (Clark Liddell); his nephew Thomas Quinn Liddell (Emma Liddell); and his cousins, Ann Manzelli, Eileen McDonough, John and Robert Concannon.
