He is survived by: his brother Roland Payne of Santa Paula; his children, Jason Alurcon (Terri) of Valley Springs, Amber Bird (Rob) of Valley Springs, Jason Payne (Andrea) of Oxnard and Nick Payne (Kelley) of Santa Paula; and his grandfather Terry. He is also survived by his sons, daughter and grandchildren.
