He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kackley and Letha Kackley (Teel); his brother Jimmy Cintron; and his great grandchild Kaiden Wade. He is survived by: his children, Kristi Kackley of Valley Springs, Cassie Kackley of Acampo and Jimmy Kackley of Olympia, WA; and his siblings, Melvin Kackley of Lodi, Leroy Kackley of Stockton and Velma Bogart of Iowa. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
