With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Francis Settle of Valley Springs, California, who passed away on October 16, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her child JT Bauder; her parents, Herman Settle and Harriet Settle; her daughter Heather Noveshansky; her sister Karen Settle; her brother-in-law Edward Mutton; her niece Erica Mutton; and her cousins, Sandy Shur and Beverly Rouleau. She was also cherished by children and grandchildren.
