It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Herlocker (Vallejo, California), born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Herlocker and Florence Herlocker (Doll); and his brother Tom Herlocker. He is survived by: his wife Joan Arata; his daughters, Terri Mikolajewski (Dave), Vickie Wilson (Jeff) and Kelly Latimer (John); his grandchildren, Lauren Braun, Jack Wilson, Olivia Wilson, Julia Latimer, Claire Latimer and Emily Latimer; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Jack; and his siblings, Sally Gerlach, Bob and Danny Herlocker.
