He is survived by: his wife Carmen Arias Angel; and his children, Hortensia Martin (Lupe), Rocio Naranjo (Adolfo), Oscar Angel, Jose Angel (Irma), Eduardo Angel (Erica), Norma Zarco (Carlos), Carlos Angel (Maria), Liz Barnes (Michael), Cesar Angel (Maria) and Rene Alex Angel. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
