He was predeceased by: his daughter Suzanne Gruening (Dave). He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; and his children, Lori Hoffmann (Stephen), Kenneth Comstock (Carol) and Roxanne Comstock (late Joe). He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; cousins; brothers in law; sisters in law; nieces and nephews.
