With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Louise Herlocker (Vallejo, California), born in Petaluma, California, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Arata and Lillian Arata; her husband Bill Herlocker; and her brothers, Joe, Lou, Bill Garibaldi, Ray and Melvin Arata.
She is survived by: her daughter Joan; her caregivers, Lani, Meeyah and Shaunte; her daughters, Terri Mikolajewski (Dave), Vickie Wilson (Jeff) and Kelly Latimer (John); her grandchildren, Lauren Braun, Jack Wilson, Olivia Wilson, Julia Latimer, Claire Latimer and Emily Latimer; her great grandchildren, Cameron and Jack; her sister Margaret Anthony; her siblings-in-law, Gloria Garibaldi, Sally Gerlach, Bob and Danny Herlocker; and also, Donna and Jim Hansen.
