We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Hilardo G. Sebay (Vallejo, California), born in Hilo, Hawaii. He was predeceased by: his wives, Elisa Sebay and Betty Sebay; his son Lester Sebay; and his stepson Eric Early. He is survived by: his children, Marsha Hill, Jeff Sebay, Lorna Padilla, Gwen Salazar and Tina Sebay; and his stepdaughter Colleen Freeman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
