He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn DeWayne Hugo and Colina Jeneve Smith Hugo; his wife Peggy Hugo; his brothers, Glenn Hugo Jr. and Richard Hugo; and his great grandchild Lola Mary-Rae Rogers.
He is survived by: his sister FloraLee Winters; and his children, Cathe (Dennis Lowry), Diane (Kyle Britton) and Kirk (Michelle Hugo). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
