She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayward and Shirley Hayward of Muskegon, MI.. She is survived by: her significant other John Beukelman; and her close friends, Stefanie and Lori. She is also survived by 2 sisters, brothers, and sisters-in-law; various nieces and nephews; and many friends.
