He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lusby and Rose Lusby (William); and his brother Mark Adams. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Kevin M. Lusby (Tricia), Kyle Lusby (Jessika) and Kayla Baker (Andrew); his grandchildren, Emily, Ellie, Logan, Kenna, Olivia and Owen; and his brothers, Joseph Lusby II and Dennis Lusby (Janet). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
