With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Louise Riggert of Vacaville, California, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ruppel and Emilie Ruppel; her brother John; and her husband Melvin. She is survived by: her sister Patricia; her children, LeAnne, Catherine (Ron), Dave (Leanne), Judy and Diane (Mike); and her grandchildren, Justin, Nathan, Taylor, Kelsey, Joe, Tyler, Steven, Miranda and Brendan. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
