“Hal was a wonderful friend to our family. Always quick to smile and someone you could count on no matter what life threw your way. Hal was the first person to offer his help to my wife Sally after I was in a serious motorcycle accident. He took over the outside work on our 5 acre property along with building 2 wheelchair ramps for the front and back of the house. He will be greatly missed. Our hearts and prayers go out to Mary Jo and his entire family. Love, Sam, Sally and Ila Carroll”
