He is survived by: his wife Dee Anna Hudson-Weaver; his sons, Daniel and Deven Weaver; his siblings, Randy Weaver (Valerie), Mike Weaver (Heather), Kathy Johnson (Dave), Debbie, Robin Weaver, Jeannie Weaver, Tara, Alexandra Lopez, Jadrien, Amiyah, Janiece and Jazelle; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Haley, Rhiannon, Victoria, Erin and Lisa. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
