He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pawlik and Apolonia Pawlik (Golen); and his siblings, Theresa Musial, Julie Kostrzewa, Vicky Wieneke, Irene Packard, Hank, Harold, Ben and Ted Pawlik.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Pat); his children, Alice Pawlik (Ron Shafer), Bill Pawlik (Elaine), John Pawlik (Sheri) and Matthew (Suzanne); and his sisters-in-law, Fran Pawlik and Zita Pawlik. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
