He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Milligan and Louise Brown; his significant other Genevieve; his children, Clarice and Albert Jr.; his grandchildren, Kendra, Deontae and Michael; and his great grandchild Aaliyah. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620).
