It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Glenn Fowlkes (Upland, California), who passed away on February 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Edgar C. and Florence J. Fowlkes; his sons, Carmac Fowlkes and Todd Fowlkes; his granddaughters, Taryn Fowlkes and Savannah Fowlkes; and also, Nancy O'Brien and Jack.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NRA - ILA at 11250.
