He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; and his son-in-law Gary Pedregon. He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Escanuelas-Pedregon, Marsha Escanuelas and Maryanne Escanuelas-Blassingham; his son-in-law Christopher Blassingham; his grandson Alex Pedregon; and his sister Dominga Ramirez.

Due to the current pandemic, there will be no viewing, rosary or funeral Mass.
