He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Roth; his wife Irene Drummond; his daughter Christine Van Voorst (Jay) of Eagle, CO; his grandchildren, Jordan Van Voorst (Ashley), Whitney Reddy (Jacob), Rebecka Ekstrom (Joakim), Brianna Holifield, Brandon Holifield, James Holifield and Geneva Holifield; his great grandchildren, Serena Van Voorst, Roman Van Voorst, Sawyer Reddy, Carter Reddy, Leah Ekstrom and Gloria Van Voorst; and his siblings, Leonard Holifield and Sharon Payne. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
