He was predeceased by: his parents, Ciro Sr. and Socorro; his brother Jose Gilbert; and his grandmother Angelina. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anna Hernandez; his children, Vanessa Hernandez, Veronica Rodrigues and Daniel Rodrigues Sr.; his grandchildren, Phoenix Castillo, Nikolas Castillo, Daniel Rodrigues Jr. and Kaleb Martin Rodrigues; his siblings, Enrique, Ricardo, Ciro Jr., Jorje and Joel; and his sisters-in-law, Denise, Micel and Adriane.
