He is survived by: his mother Martha; his sons, Jason (Katheryn), Mike and Kenny; his sisters, Elaina (Johnny) and Sharyl (Dan); his grandchildren, Bryce, Russell, Teddy, Cheyenne and Miles; his sisters-in-law, Carrie (Scott) and Kim (Roy); his nieces and nephews, Kennetha, Gina, Matt, Marco, Lindsey and Kelly; his close friend Kent; and also Mango.
