He is survived by: his spouse Kate D. Jackson; his children, Barbara A. Pineda (Javier) and Randolph Matthew Feliz (Sue); his siblings, Esther Lockhart, Carol Vedolla and Necho Feliz Jr.; and his grandchildren, Andrea Feliz, Karla Feliz, Mindi St and Javier Pineda Jr.. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
