It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel W. Stoughton (Ukiah, California), born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on February 22, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Stoughton and Ruby Stoughton; his sisters, Cheri and Gail; his son Kevin; his grandsons, Austin Ryan, Alex and Cooper; his wife Karin; his daughter Diane; his sister Marilyn Buzzard (Jerry, Kelly); his nieces, Ilka Hoffmann (Bela, Marius), Gaby Buess (Vanessa) and Thorsten Dellner; and his nephew Jason Buzzard.
